Ready Set Sim LLC Launch Giveaway
Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Ready Set Sim LLC, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (midnight) on September 17, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on October 1, 2024 (all times are in Eastern Standard Time).

3. How to EnterTo enter, participants must submit their email address via the designated entry form on the Ready Set Sim website. Each entrant is limited to one entry.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Moza Vision GS steering wheel. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. Ready Set Sim LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the Moza Vision GS steering wheel becomes unavailable for any reason.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 1, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 7 days of the giveaway deadline. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 5 business days, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
7. Prize Delivery
Ready Set Sim LLC will ship the Moza Vision GS steering wheel to the winner by mail at no cost to the winner. The winner will be required to provide a valid shipping address within the United States or Canada.
8. Content Usage Rights
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Ready Set Sim LLC to share any content (photos, videos, reviews, etc.) they create related to the giveaway on Ready Set Sim’s website, social media channels, and promotional materials without additional compensation.
9. Consent to Communications
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive promotional emails and other correspondence from Ready Set Sim LLC. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the opt-out mechanism provided in the emails.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ready Set Sim LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet connectivity problems, server failures, or entry submission errors. By participating, entrants release Ready Set Sim LLC from any liability, claims, or damages related to their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
11. Privacy
All personal information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with Ready Set Sim LLC’s Privacy Policy, available on the Ready Set Sim website.
12. General Conditions
Ready Set Sim LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
13. No Affiliation with Moza Racing
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated in any way with Moza Racing. The giveaway and prize are provided solely by Ready Set Sim LLC.
